The core team behind Ghanaloop comprise of three industrious individuals from various backgrounds led by Sefa-Bonsu Atakora of Brain Cee Tours, Kumasi & Sunyani, Ghana.

Sefa is a BA (Hons) Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST who has since the completion of his schooling in 1997 become involved in green energy, environmental issues as well as promoting Ghanaian values, culture and tourism on various fronts. He has been behind the scenes in the entertainment industry promoting Ghanaian based music and movies since 1999.

Ghanaloop is a combined effort by these individuals (the other members are based in London, UK and the Phoenix - Arizona, USA) and was initiated with the primary goal of promoting Ghana, Ghanaian goods and services as well as re-uniting Ghanaians scattered all over the world to one another.

Users of the site are ensured of an interactive environment incorporating the latest news, products and services from the motherland, Ghanaian based games, picture sharing etc.
